I ordered a few snacks from DM Snacks the descriptions were accurate. The flavors, sizes, and photos lined up well with what showed up, which I really appreciated.
One item ended up being a little smaller than I had in mind, but that might be on me for not reading the details closely enough. It wasn’t a big deal at all, just something I noticed.
Overall, I had a good experience and was happy with my order. I’d give it 4 stars since the info was clear and helpful, though a little extra detail on some products would make it even better.

I was trying to check the ingredients and diet details before ordering, but the site made it way more confusing than I expected. A few snacks barely had clear info, and I couldn’t confidently tell what would actually work for my diet.
Maybe other people had an easier time finding it, but I even looked around to see if there were reviews or comments mentioning allergies and ingredients, and I still didn’t feel sure. If you have allergies or strict food rules, I’d be careful. I ended up giving up and won’t be ordering.

I ordered from dmsnacks.com and, the tracking just kind of sat there the whole time with no real updates. Like, I had no clue where my package actually was or if it was even moving. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t really much help, so yeah, it was just a annoying experience overall...

I was looking forward to trying a few different snacks, and at first it seemed fine, but after checking things out for a little while, I realized there just wasn’t much variety. I ended up getting bored with the options quickly.

Maybe it’s just me, but the checkout kept freezing when I tried to pay. I tried twice, and each time it still showed my cart like nothing went through. I ended up giving up and ordering snacks from somewhere else

I can’t say for sure if they were actually old, but the chips definitely didn’t taste fresh. They had that stale kind of crunch and flavor, so I ended up not really enjoying them.

I ordered some snacks last week and they just never showed up. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to support, it took way too long to get any real help. i don’t think I’ll order again... it just feels too unreliable for me.

"Paid for Protection, Still Got a Snack Disaster"
I paid extra for damage protection thinking my snacks would arrive safely, but nope, they showed up crushed like they’d been through a tiny apocalypse. Trying to get help after that was its own whole ordeal, so the protection didn’t feel like it did much at all.

Trying to use the site was frustrating, honestly. Pages kept freezing, and every time I got to checkout it would send me back again. Not the smoothest experience lol.

The site just didn’t feel all that trustworthy to me. I had a hard time finding clear info, and, like, the whole checkout process made me second-guess whether I should even place the order. I don’t think I’d risk using it again

They got back to me quickly most of the time and explained things clearly enough. I’ll admit I don’t have a ton of patience when I’m waiting on replies, so the one message that took longer than I expected annoyed me a bit. Still, overall the communication was solid. 4 stars from me

The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. The item itself seemed okay, but the way it was packaged just made me wonder if it could’ve been handled better or maybe needed more padding because...

"Good snack options, even with a few out of stock"
I ordered from dmsnacks.com mainly because they had a bunch of snacks I don’t usually see at regular stores. The selection was the best part, and I found a good mix of things to try. A couple items I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but there were still plenty of other options. I did reach out and support basically said, “we’re working on restocks, just keep checking back,” which was fair enough. Overall, I’d probably browse again when I’m in the mood for something different.

"Flavors were disappointing"
I tried a few of the snacks, most of them tasted kind of bland or just a little stale. They weren’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I really expected way better flavor.

"Promo sounded better than it ended up being"
I ordered from dmsnacks.com because the promo looked like it was gonna be a decent deal, at least how it showed up at first. But then once shipping got added, and with the little limits on what actually counted for the discount, it kinda was not saving much in the end.
The snacks themselves were okay, like nothing bad happened with that part. I just felt a bit weird about the deal because it seemed better before checkout than after. I might order again maybe, but only if the promo is actually more worth it next time
"Save your time, issue still isn’t fixed"
I had an issue with my order and thought it would be a simple thing to sort out, so I contacted them expecting a quick fix.
Instead, the replies were really slow and I never got a straight answer. It felt like they kept repeating the same generic response without actually reading what I was saying.
After days of going back and forth, my problem still wasn’t properly resolved. Frustrating overall, and if you’re hoping for helpful support, I’d say save your time and think twice before ordering

I’m still waiting on my refund, and every time I contact support I just get the same copy-paste reply. What made it even more frustrating was all the aggressive reminders they kept sending, like somehow I was the one holding things up. Really not a great experience
